We are excited and proud to introduce the Centre of Excellence for Surveillance, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning of Health Programs (CESMEL Health). Our mission is to transform health outcomes in sub-Saharan Africa through data-driven innovation and empowerment.

CESMEL Health, led by experienced Global Health experts, is dedicated to empowering local professionals and creating solutions tailored to our region’s unique needs.

As a think tank, we aim to be a globally recognized hub of excellence, providing leadership

and strengthening capacity in surveillance, monitoring, evaluation, and learning for all health programs.
